By sending an advertisement to this service you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Your personal information (name, address, telephone number) supplied with your application for an advertisement will only be kept for contact purposes for the duration of the advertisement, initially one month (unless you request an extension). The information will then be deleted from the system. Your email address will be retained for the purposes of contacting you from time to time in respect of publicising local events and informing you of special offers which may be of interest to you. Your information will NEVER be passed to any third party, however, if you wish to opt out of this service, please make this clear in your application for advertisement.

2. You understand that the use of this service is free to both private individuals and businesses, therefore no contract in law exists between us.

3. You understand that advertisements are entered onto the website manually. The absolute right is retained to refuse any advertising for any reason whatsoever entirely at the discretion of the webmaster.

4. You understand that the right is retained at our discretion to decline to include, or to omit, suspend or change the position of, any advertisement otherwise accepted for insertion. However, reasonable efforts will be used to comply with your wishes although no representation, warranty or undertaking is given as to the date of insertion, the wording, or the quality of the colour or mono reproduction of the advertisement.

5. You understand and accept that computer and telecommunications systems are not fault free and may occasionally require periods of downtime (during which the service will not be available) for repair, maintenance and upgrading and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. You understand and accept that you shall have no claim for breach of contract or otherwise in respect of any such period of unavailability.

6. You understand that any attempt to advertise any item, product or service that is illegal under the laws of the United Kingdom, for example, the sale of stolen property, that could not be identified by the webmaster at the time of insertion of your advertisement, will result in the matter being reported to the police, and the individual being banned permanently from advertising on the site. The right is also retained to take legal action for damages against the individual concerned.

7. You understand that no liability is accepted at all in respect of errors or omissions, whether or not arising from negligence, for any direct or indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, revenue, or profits, savings you expected to make, or financial loss of any sort.

8. You understand that no liability is accepted at all for the quality of any goods or services acquired by any individual from another through the use of this service.
